By downloading, installing, or using Stuffrite (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Stuffrite is operated by Warming Neon Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. License

Stuffrite grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: reverse engineer, rent, lease, or use the app for illegal purposes.

3. Data Accuracy & Financial Disclaimer

Stuffrite is a budgeting and tracking tool only. We do NOT provide financial advice.

No Liability for Financial Decisions: Warming Neon Ltd. is not liable for any financial decisions made based on the App.

4. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Data Loss Prevention: We recommend regularly exporting your data using the built-in Excel export feature.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. This action permanently deletes all local and cloud data and cannot be undone.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
